What the tool does

PLOZEN Automation is a locally operated publishing tool. When an authorized channel owner runs it, the tool can identify the selected YouTube channel, upload a video and its supplied metadata, optionally post a supplied comment, and read back the result. It does not ask for or store a Google Account password.

Google and YouTube data used

• OAuth access and refresh tokens, used to authenticate API requests and renew access.
• The selected channel's ID and title, used to verify the destination channel.
• Video and metadata supplied for an upload, including its title, description, tags, and visibility setting.
• An optional first-comment text and the video or comment IDs and status returned by YouTube for verification.

How data is used and shared

The tool uses this data only to carry out the channel owner's requested YouTube publishing action and verify its result. Video files, metadata, and an optional comment are sent to Google and YouTube through the YouTube Data API. OAuth tokens and Google API data are not sent to the PLOZEN website or to content-generation providers. The tool does not sell Google data, use it for advertising or profiling, or use it to train AI models.

Separate content-generation services may process text or media that the operator explicitly submits to them before an upload. Those services do not receive the OAuth tokens or Google API data described in this notice.

Storage and retention

OAuth profiles and upload receipts are kept on the operator's local workstation, not in a PLOZEN-hosted account database. Profiles use operating-system file permissions; they are not encrypted at rest by the tool. Local receipts may contain a channel ID, video or comment ID, and upload status. The operator retains these files only for publishing operations and their audit trail, and can remove them from the workstation.

Your choices and deletion

You can revoke PLOZEN Automation's Google access in your Google Account security settings. Revoking access prevents future API requests; it does not delete videos or comments already published on YouTube. To request deletion of OAuth profiles and Google API data under PLOZEN's control, email hello@plozen.com. PLOZEN will remove data it controls within seven calendar days. You can remove local profile and run files directly from the workstation that stores them.

PLOZEN Automation은 운영자 PC에서 실행하는 YouTube 게시 도구입니다. 채널 소유자가 권한을 부여하면 선택한 YouTube 채널을 확인하고, 제공한 영상과 메타데이터를 게시하며, 선택에 따라 첫 댓글을 등록한 뒤 결과를 확인합니다. Google 계정 비밀번호를 요구하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

사용하는 Google 및 YouTube 데이터

• API 요청 인증과 접근 갱신에 사용하는 OAuth 액세스 토큰 및 갱신 토큰
• 게시 대상 채널을 확인하는 데 사용하는 채널 ID와 채널명
• 게시할 영상 파일과 운영자가 제공한 제목, 설명, 태그, 공개 범위
• 선택한 경우 첫 댓글 문구, 게시 결과 확인에 사용하는 영상·댓글 ID와 상태

데이터 사용 및 공유

이 데이터는 채널 소유자가 요청한 YouTube 게시와 결과 확인에만 사용합니다. 영상 파일, 메타데이터, 선택한 댓글은 YouTube Data API를 통해 Google과 YouTube에 전달됩니다. OAuth 토큰과 Google API 데이터는 PLOZEN 웹사이트나 콘텐츠 생성 서비스에 전달하지 않습니다. Google 데이터 판매, 광고·사용자 프로파일링, AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.

운영자가 게시 전에 콘텐츠 생성 서비스에 직접 제공한 텍스트나 미디어는 해당 서비스에서 별도로 처리될 수 있습니다. 이 서비스에는 이 고지에서 다루는 OAuth 토큰이나 Google API 데이터를 전달하지 않습니다.

저장 위치와 보관

OAuth 프로필과 게시 영수증은 PLOZEN 서버 계정 DB가 아니라 운영자의 로컬 PC에 저장합니다. 운영체제 파일 권한으로 접근을 제한하지만 도구 자체에서 저장 파일을 암호화하지는 않습니다. 로컬 영수증에는 채널 ID, 영상·댓글 ID, 게시 상태가 포함될 수 있습니다. 운영자는 게시 업무와 기록 확인에 필요한 범위에서 파일을 보관하며 로컬 PC에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.

권한 취소와 삭제 요청

Google 계정 보안 설정에서 PLOZEN Automation의 Google 접근 권한을 취소할 수 있습니다. 권한을 취소하면 이후 API 요청이 중단되지만, 이미 YouTube에 게시된 영상이나 댓글은 삭제되지 않습니다. PLOZEN이 관리하는 OAuth 프로필과 Google API 데이터의 삭제를 요청하려면 hello@plozen.com으로 연락해 주세요. PLOZEN은 관리하는 데이터를 7일 이내에 삭제합니다. 로컬 프로필과 실행 파일은 해당 파일이 저장된 PC에서도 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
